I had to give one star because I can't go lower. Awful. Unless you're one of the "Favorites" in the community you have to realize that there is a two tier rule system. If management doesn't like you, nothing will improve. If management does like you, you can break all the rules you want without any repercussions. No one picks up after themselves. Trash gets thrown in the grass, parking lot and tenant access locations, cigarette butts everywhere. You're not to work on cars in the parking lot,... but everyday someone is working on their car. Tenant rules are broken all the time, no respect by tenants for the next door or bottom floor tenants. Kids vandalize cars and then we're told to call the police and handle it ourselves and any damage to put in an insurance claim because management isn't responsible for it. Read More

I'm very happy to be a resident of Bell Lansbrook Village as l start my 8th year. My 1st floor unit is located on a quiet, tree-lined street. My neighbors are very nice and a handicapped space is located about 30 feet from my front door. T

The Hamptons are a great small town feel to the community. The house is conveniently located in a quiet area and is close to everything. The accessibility to pools, gyms, and the professional area to work from home but be out of the house is wonderful. My immediate neighbors are so nice and willing to help. My first few days on property have been great.
