I just moved in. It seems great so far. I love my apartment, very cozy! The welcome package is very helpful. I have not used the amenities yet except the dog park. My dog loves it!

So far the process has been pretty easy. Ricardo has been great to work with, and has provided lots of support prior to move in. Im looking forward to relaxing at the pool and using the pizza oven.

So far so good I just moved in yesterday. It’s been quiet and peaceful. I look forward to the events and walking my Australian Shepherd around the community and finding friends that are human and doggies

Excellent layout, staff, amenities and especially maintenance! Close to all of the happenings in Dunedin, across from the Countryside Mall and close to both airports. Highly recommend ??

Community is peaceful and it is close to so many things I need and places I visit.
The maintenance staff is amazing. The amenities are good. I enjoy the pool. I love the extra space I have in the two bedroom unit. Moving from one bedroom to two bedroom went fairly smooth. A little disappointed with the LVT floors. They have not worn well.
