I love the look, layout and comfortability of the apartment. The pond is an extra added bonus. Only gave 4 stars because there are some things I'm not a fan of. Those things include the gate still not being fixed after 2 months when I was told it would be fixed within a week of moving in, my personal property being stolen, and the fact that no one seems to ever want to pick up their dog poop so all walking trails are littered with dog poop piles, which in turn got my immuno-compromised dog very... ill. The staff however all seem very friendly and welcoming. I just wish I could say the same about all of the residents.

The property itself is well-kept and maintained. The rent is reasonable for the size of my unit and I really like the layout and spaciousness. The staff at 10x Ormond is comprised of very helpful folks who have helped me with any questions or issues I've had, to include the maintenance team.
