We love it here! The staff are courteous and friendly, the maintenance crew is top notch and the neighborhood is great. Its a little noisy by the highway side but overall this is the best spot.

I have a mixed experience living in this community. There are definitely some positives — the location is convenient, the grounds are generally well-kept, and maintenance usually responds in a reasonable timeframe. The amenities are decent, and when everything is working as it should, it’s a comfortable place to live.
That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Communication from the office can be inconsistent, and some issues take longer than expected to resolve. Noise can... also be hit-or-miss depending on the day and the neighbors. For the price, I expected a bit more consistency and attention to detail.
Overall, it’s not a bad place to live, but there’s room for improvement. With better communication and more proactive management, it could easily be a 4- or 5-star community.
