DO not recommend living here if using this as stepping stone for home purchase. We leased here while we were looking for a house to buy because section #31 of their clause in the lease states that you are able to sublease with written consent but that was not the case. Then they tried to tell me that is a Florida standard. As a Floridian born and raised, that is NOT the standard... I have been able to sublease in other properties in Orlando by adding someone else to the lease and removing myself... . Simple.

Great place to live
I live at Village at Baldwin Park since 2020 and I love this place. It’s beautiful, quiet and safe. The staff are very very nice they are always ready to help and they take a great care of this place, Emily and Bradley are great friends (they work at the office). I really enjoy living here and I highly recommend this place.

Village a Baldwin Park activity center
This is hands down the best gym in the Baldwin area as far as equipment. Also has a pool+ hot tub, pool tab, lounge area, and computers for working or going online.
The staff in the office is very nice especially Emily!
