I have truly enjoyed my time so far, great staff, maintenance has been fast and efficient, quiet neighborhood, really nice neighbors. My apartment was very clean upon arrival and overall very excited for my journey here.

The amenities are nice but they get abused by people who do not live in the community. Constant loud pavilion gatherings and smoke parties occur several times a week until early morning hours. Many people do not pick up after their dog even though there are multiple pet trash areas. No community officer. Police on site at least once a week due to noise or trespassers. Lots of immobile cars which take up much needed parking spaces. The apartments themselves are very well insulated and you cannot... hear your neighbors unless they’re blasting music or really loud. The apartments feel like little homes and they’re comfortable. You can see many people have lived here for years. Most neighbors are considerate and respectful.
