We love our new home, it's beautiful and the community staff is amazing. Luis went above and beyond on our move in day. There are so many things near by that make this location extremely convenient. The community is very calm and we love it so far.

Honestly, it costs too much for what it is. The fire alarm going off at different times in the middle of the night is not it. My boyfriend lived there when we first started dating (in 2023) and I would visit/spend the night. A year later, (in 2024) I was put on the lease and since the moment I have visited him up until now living together, the alarm has gone off a handful of times. Ya'll need to figure out a better system or company for it. Some of us have kids and jobs that we have to wake up... early for. It's a huge inconvenience. Don't get me starting on the parking situation in the garage. There have been many times people who DO NOT have a parking pass have followed me in. Then there's the work orders. In the beginning you guys were on top.of it. Now, it takes days before you get to it, if it even gets done at all. You close the order without the problem being resolved. Read More

Great apartment complex! The residents are friendly, the front desk are very nice and the amenities like the main lobby, the pool and bbq, and sky lounge are definitely a perk. The noise is normally kept to a minimum and the cleaning team works very fast and keeps the complex super clean at all times which I love. My only issues lie in the times the front desk is open, where most times during "open" hours they are away, leaving residents to fend for themselves for any issues you might want to... discuss with a worker. Great location. Plenty of amenities. Safe feeling. Downside the street traffic noise is terrible you hear it 24/7 along Orange Blossom Trail. Avoid those units unless you can put up with the noise. With your windows closed it sounds like they are wide open allowing all the noise in. Loud trucks buses cars with altered tail pipes and motorcycles you will hear them. A lot of fees also.

Very quick with response for maintenance tickets everyone is nice in the office. the apartment is clean don't have to worry about trash every where no parking issues and they keep the community engaged with different events
