Nice place, spacious home! Amenities are aesthetically pleasing. Quiet neighbors. Loving the soft-close cabinets and under-cabinet lighting.

Overall, the community is great, and the building is new with a very nice structure. However, there are a few areas that could be improved.
Some first-floor apartments are at a disadvantage because delivery drivers do not have direct access to the apartment doors. The garage divides the ground floor into two areas, which prevents deliveries from reaching certain units. This was a concern I mentioned during my tour, and I was told deliveries would come directly to my door, which has not been the... case. A back door or alternate access could help solve this.
The package room could also be better organized. Although shelves are assigned by floor, packages are often mixed together and difficult to find.
I’ve also noticed that Amazon Grocery does not allow perishable deliveries to this address.
Lastly, since I work out very early, having access to the coffee machine outside leasing office hours would be a great improvement. Read More

We have been living here for about 4 months almost. The management team puts in a lot of work into the community. I do appreciate how fast maintenance works. Shout out to Juan and the rest of the maintenance team.

Such a cool community!! Close to a lot of hip places to visit. Food Hall right across the street!! The staff are amazing and the amenities are the best!

Moving in was a breeze! Front ofifice was very helpful. Beautiful ,modern, apartment interiors. perfect condition!
I love their micro offices you can use for work and school tasks.
