The staff at the complex were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my transition into my new home a breeze. The complex itself is stunning, and I’m absolutely in love with my space! My overall experience here at The Citron has been amazing! I love it here! The staff is very friendly and always attentive. I haven’t had any problems at all!

So far, everything has been positive. The community is clean, well-maintained, and organized. One small improvement would be having access to coffee outside of Lease Office hours.
My main concern is the delivery system. The package room no longer seems sufficient for the current volume, and many residents delay picking up packages, limiting space. A possible solution would be adding two delivery check-in iPads: one in the main building (mail room) and another in the separate building across the... garage. This could improve organization and allow faster deliveries (such as groceries and Amazon) to be left at residents’ doors, reducing congestion.
Another concern is garage safety. Cars often drive too fast on ramps, and I’ve had two near-miss situations. Additionally, I have observed cars entering through the exit gate, which raises safety and security concerns. Speed bumps and directional barriers (to prevent wrong-way entry) could help improve safety. Read More
