I recently moved to this community and have been very happy with the experience so far. From the very beginning, Zach was incredibly helpful throughout the application and move-in process. He was responsive, professional, and made everything smooth and stress-free.
Since moving in, I’ve been pleased with how well the property is maintained. The maintenance team is prompt and does a great job keeping everything in good condition. It’s clear that they care about the residents and the upkeep of... the community.

I am very happy with the complex overall. As a constructive suggestion, I believe the pet area could be better defined. Currently, since it is located around the building, maintenance becomes more difficult, and pet waste is frequently seen in different areas along the perimeter, including common walkways.
The constant presence of pet waste in multiple areas affects the cleanliness and overall experience of the community. I believe that a designated, enclosed dog park could help centralize... usage, make maintenance easier, and improve the hygiene of the outdoor areas.
