It has been a while since I’ve moved out. But thought I’d leave a warning to those who may consider this place.
It took over 8 months to get a noise complaint handled and addressed with. Over 10+ video evidences, multiple calls and complaints, this was by far one of the most inconsiderate neighbors I have ever had to deal with. Our lease was up by the time this was addressed and action was taken place, so technically nothing was handled as it should’ve been.
I have lived in 5 other states, 5... major metropolitan cities and NEVER had to deal with something like this. Standards and expectations should be higher across the board. No matter what type of apartment or community it is.

SkyHouse was great in the beginning; clean, minor noise issues, and complaints were taken care of. Ive been here for almost eight years. Started declining in the last 2 years. It is filthy now, bugs coming up the drain, music blasting at all hours of the night and/or morning, and trash chute overflowing in the weekends with trash smell everywhere. I have a few more months left on my lease I will NOT be renewing. I would consider breaking it, if the I find a place sooner.
