I have been here since the beginning and throughout every staff change I have been treated fair. No staff member has ever been rude to me. I believe that you can set the mood in a room. I can sense when someone in the office was maybe irritated prior to my arrival. I understand that we are all human and just as I may have an off day everyone does so I often try to put myself in their shoes and give what I expect. The apartments seems nice whoever is working in the leasing office is extremely rude

I called inquiring about available units and I was greeted by rude, unhelpful staff. As I would ask questions the staff would respond in short answers not providing any details. When I asked for further clarification, the woman responded in a quick rude manner, acting as I was supposed to know all that

Latonya and the other staff helped me out, I forgot her name but they where both helpful knowing this was my first ever apartment. I was missing pay stubs and they where willing to let me print the missing stubs right there on sit reather leaving again, it was a smooth process and I got approve with a unit. The only thing i would change is to put in writing that they need original documents such as birth certificate, and SS cards instead of copies, which i had copies but had to come all the way... back home and come all the way back to them. My bf and I walked into the leasing office to get more info on the available units. The apartment manager or whoever she was, didn’t greet us but instead walked out her office abruptly told us they don’t offer tours or have any availability for 8 months then told us to either write our name on the waitlist or leave.
