I recently moved into this apartment community and I’ve had such a great experience so far. The management team truly went above and beyond to make sure my move was smooth and stress-free. The ladies in the office are incredibly sweet, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed.
One thing I really appreciated was that they replaced all of the kitchen appliances before I moved in, which made the apartment feel fresh and well taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about... their residents and want everything to be up to par.
I’m very thankful for all their help and kindness during the moving process. Highly recommend!

Pros and Cons lived here for almost 3 years
I will start with the good, its a quite safe, cheapest in the area, close to everything so the location is perfect. Community is really quite and not a lot of rif raf or unwanted visitors. The office staff is very nice, polite, and always accommodating. They try to keep up with property as much as they can. Whenever you have a maintenance problem or any other issue they attend to it immediately. There is a gym, and two pools and gated. The community is safety officer patrolled. The layout of the... apartment is unique and bigger than most one bedrooms love the french doors.
Now for the bad, when I first moved in the apartment was infested with roaches, the buildings are just old. The wall were literally falling apart and the place is prone to bugs getting in no matter how clean you keep it. If you live in the middle you will hear downstairs and upstairs neighbors all of the time. The gym equipment is terrible, treadmill is so bad if you work out on it regularly. The gate is broken 85% of the time as well as the trash compound. The pools are usually a little dirty from tree fallings.
All in all the community is just old and nothing can change that. They really keep up with what they can but you get what you pay for. I wanted to move after the first year but nothing else is as cheap in the area. So you get what you pay for, for sure.
