Recently left this complex after being a resident since 2019 since then I had to deal with different office people and property managers who had no clue of current situations , no matter how much pest control and cleanliness of my apartment had to deal with a bad roach infestation that was mostly thur out the whole building Then about 3 year of me living in my same apartment all the old viynal flooring start to Crack and lift up around the edges of my walls old wood cabinets started to fall... even though the complex promotes new updated interior since I moved in once I brought to their attention I was information I would have to come out of pocket to pay for everything before of "damages" from things that were CLEARLY wear and tear this complex is a joke and ran unprofessional please save your self time and look somewhere else

Great spacious apartment
Love my place. Winter park schools are awesome. My wife is happy with the apartment and we love living here. My manager is great and the staff is really good here. They attend to us.
