The office staff is GREAT! The management company tries to have monthly tenant activities so you can mingle with your neighbors. They have a lot of amenities however. Pest control of the Grounds is never done, there are hugh ants in your home all the time, brown recluse etc. I was rushed to the hospital twice for anaphylactic insect bites. I complained from day 1. The appliances are old, broken which had my OUC bill at $125 atleast every month. The refrigerator had no shelves in the freezer.... the shelves in the refrigerator were broken I was told by the office manager they would have to raise my rent to replace it even though I was now moving in. The tenants throw trash over the banister and no one picks up after their dog so it smells like dog filth. There are rats running around because people put trash in the bins in front the doors on non collection days. It is a high priced mess over there! Save your money and go somewhere else. The system to pay the rent has multiple rates of the same items month after month and you have to pay it or your rent will be late. I have been living at the property for 3 years now and the staff has been great and they have done a great job with all the fixing up they are doing. I am always welcomed in the office and love the events they do. great job to all the workers

I am very happy at the community. Love the location everything is so close to me. They have a great maintenance team and great staff members. I have to say the leasing team we’re very pleasant, sweet and great with the moving process tors my new home.

The staff is amazing, Ivy Rodriguez really is the best and such a sweet heart, handles everything on the spot and is always happy to help. These are great apartments in a great area. Really recommend living here! Thank you guys for all the help!
