I have been living at Aqua for 13-1/2 years and have always been very comfortable here. The office and maintenance staff are always responsive to my needs.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for the past two years, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing overall. Management consistently nickel-and-dimes residents with added fees while failing to maintain the property at a reasonable standard.

The amenities are poorly maintained. The gym equipment is rusty and outdated, the security gate frequently malfunctions and often doesn’t work at all, and the pool is regularly dirty and not properly kept up. Even basic... infrastructure feels cheap — including flimsy plastic speed bumps that seem more like a temporary fix than a long-term solution.

The only real positive is the location. The area itself is great, with plenty of things to do nearby, which has been the main reason I’ve stayed as long as I have.

That said, for the price being charged, the lack of maintenance and attention to resident concerns makes this place hard to recommend unless location is your only priority. Read More

Like everywhere, we face issues, but all of them are resolved through the efforts of the administration staff community.

Great location next to mall and easy to get to grocery stores and Universally. Staff is friendly and helpful and the things offer like gym pool hot tub.
