I was interested in renting a 3 bedroom with them. I’ve sent out several inquiries and called numerous times but I never heard from anyone. Either they need more employees or they just don’t care about renting out their vacant apartment homes.

lived in this complex since 10/21 I started with the old management, it was horrible cars being broken into every night it was always something but what i loved most was not getting emails everyday it feels like about what we can and cant do. Every-time we look the new management office is always looking to charge a non compliance fee, or you cant use the pool only during certain hours or you can use the gym or anything that we pay for pretty much by the time the sun goes down. My lease is up in... October and i cant wait to leave and i pretty much know they ready for me to leave cause i feel like its always something the property they do try to keep clean but they can only do so much the apartments are nice but not worth the rent increase i been hearing from other residents, They want you to pay another deposit even for the resident that are already living here cause a new management took over, my biggest issue is that i purchased a new car had a temp plate from outta state had the plate tape to my front window to show it was registered and had insurance, i had the car since may 27th and even got a new gate opener from the office for the new car i moved the plate to the back window and literally my car was towed because they said i did not have a plate i contacted the office after trying to find my car the morning and they were little help and very dismissive of the issue called the tow place had to pay $130 to get my car back for something i did not wrong off. Office still didnt help or even give a care that it happened i explain to the office i had a appointment with dmv on Friday June 10th to get the car the florida plates i had to wait to get the out of state title to register which I received by fedex the day before it was towed but they did not care fast forward got the plate when to the office to show them and was pretty much told to email everything cause they was so busy to have someone help me nor did they give a crap on June 9th a email comes out about parking and cars i find it funny that they took the time to email that but couldnt take the time to take a picture of the car or even give a warning email before my car was towed for not having a plate when clearly i had a plate called corp office was given the District manager number left a voicemail no call back but let the rent be late they quick to send a letter and email the . Please do research on where you decide to live cause baby i cant wait till this lease it up im gone. Read More
