The building is beautiful and has everything you could possibly ever need. The staff are so sweet and welcoming & unbelievably supportive, and the same can be said for the residents in the building!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience! I have never loved a community more than Alexan! Coolest ammenities ever too! Every time I bring a visitor over they are baffled by the offerings.

Location is the only positive from my move. Maintenance staff is wonderful.
However, The Apartment complex has a weird smell throughout. Leasing staff needs much improvement they are unorganized and fail to follow up on errors and or residents issues.

It’s safe to say that the customer service here is unmatched with any of the other apartments I have toured. Not only did they make sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision on the best deal (providing me multiple quotes with different styles & options and move-in dates, but even with how busy they have been, they still made sure to have my lease ready at minimum the week before I moved in. The amenities are incredible and available for use any time and the apartments layouts... are nice while still being very affordable for the studios!
