Beautiful, Family-Friendly Community in a Perfect Location
We’ve had a great experience living at The Villages at Oakleaf Apartments! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and very family-friendly. The landscaping is always kept up, and the grounds feel safe and welcoming.
The office staff has been professional and helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes such a difference. The amenities are also a big plus — especially the pool and common areas, which are clean and enjoyable year-round.
The... location is super convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you need, while still feeling tucked away from the busy areas.
Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home. I would definitely recommend The Villages at Oakleaf to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community!

Broken Elevators and Trashy Breezeways
The elevator has been broken for two months and counting. The breezeways are dirty and there are trash bags full of garbage in front of units. The valet trash that you pay monthly for does not always come. The compactor/dumpster overfills with trash. The property management will tell you to stop contacting them despite having the same reoccurring issues.

Pool always closed
The pool here is constantly closed. At one point it was green and closed for over a month in the height of the summer. Tried today to take my daughter swimming and it was closed with. I explanation or notice. Considering the very high price of rent here along with the fact the in addition to the base rent, you are charged a monthly ammenties fee, it should be open more than not. This place is also very, very noisy due to it being an active construction zone. Makes things very difficult if you... work at night or have small children that nap in the daytime.
