Horrible place to live now. With the exception of Rachel, the customer service has gotten progressively worse over the years, and the old, outdated buildings are definitely not worth the price they charge.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
LIVED THERE FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. QUIET. GREAT FLOOR PLAN. CHRISTY, THE MANAGER DOES A WONDERFUL JOB. THE FEW SMALL PROBLEMS WERE DEALT WITH IMMEDIATELY. PATRICK LANGLEY

Well kept
Cobblestone is a great complex. It's not gated, and doesn't need to be. I feel extremely safe here. My neighbors and the office staff are great. The grounds and common areas are very well maintained. Very pet friendly community, and very strict about cleaning up after your pets. Parking is abundant, and they even offer parking for boats and Rv's. Garages are also available for a reasonable additional price. Only downside is thin wall structure, which isn't that terrible because my... neighbors are very great people and abide by the noise ordinance. Children in the area are very well behaved as well.

Dreams of a teenager trying to move out
I don't currently live at Cobblestone apartments. But I want to more than anything. I am trying to move out of my house right now and I can't afford rent while I'm going to school. Cobblestone is in a more than ideal location. They have dryer and washers unlike other apartments that only offer hookups. Cobblestone has a gym so that there's no reason to spend extra money signing up for a membership at a gym you won't drive to. Cobblestone is close to shopping centers, restaurants, and is all... around a beautiful place inside and out.

Central location in Fleming Island, can walk to main restaurants, older but responsive maintenance when required, would resign
