There are cars parked near the rear every weekend playing loud music way after 10pm. The staff is arrogant and the maintenance takes 2 or more weeks, at a minimum, to make repairs on our dated appliances. Management is sinking this ship. I will NOT sign another lease.

Excellent
This apartment is excellent I love the people who work here and the environment the wood flooring is nice and the new appliances Eric and Darwin both make this place what it is and without them this place would not run as smoothly as it does I appreciate everyone and their help and quick responsiveness to everything I would definitely recommend renting here

Exspensive, not worth it
They charge for everything...You are charged to pay the rent... You are charged extra for trash picked. Pest control fee. Have been here for months and have never seen any pest person. Utilities not including electric are over $100.00 They have like 5 maintenance people riding around on new golf carts tearing up the property, not sure what they are actually accomplishing.

Used to be nice
I agree with the other reviewer, this used to be a nice cheap place to live with all kinds of plants and atmosphere. New owners came in and destroyed everything great about this place. Constantly knocking on your door, lawn maintenance everyday, raising rent with no upgrades to appliances or anything visual. You would be over paying if you moved here, I'm looking to leave myself

I loved this place.
This place was so beautiful and now they are destroying all the fauna in order to make it look “cohesive” at the cost of $300 in extra rent during the RENT CRISIS. Poor people live here.
