I love how spacious the living room and my bed room are, the staff/ Mangement were super friendly and help me look for the 3bedroom I wanted and I love my new home thank you!

I don't have enough room to write out all the negative experiences I had with my apartment here so I will just focus on a few. My apartment was not properly turned over when I moved in. The carpet alone was so dirty that I rented a rug doctor and it took me 4 hours before it was managable. The plumbing is old and often backs up, I had an emergency on Saturday where the bathroom completely clogged up and black sewer water was coming out of the sides of the floor by the toilet and out of the... shower drain. I called the emergency maintenance number and nobody answered. I left a few voicemails and had to deal with the flooding myself. The maintenance did not come until Monday. The inside AC units are also extremely outdated. The coils are so broken down and dirty that they often freeze over and your AC stops working. I was told my management that they have ordered new parts to replace the AC unit and that never happened. They only send a worker to clean it using a vacuum and soap. When checking out I was send a letter that not only do they want to keep my security deposit but also charge me an additional $230 to paint the apartment, and fix/repaint the cabinets, both things that were never fixed prior to my move in and they want me to pay for them. I also asked them to provide me with a move in condition sheet and they forged a fake move in sheet with my signature on it stating that the condition of everything was "ok". I responded to them with the picture of my actual move in sheet where I filled it completely with different issues around the apartment. Overall I cant stress enough how poorly this community is ran. Customer service and property management are excellent!

I'm a current tenant and I love my apartment I have no issues at all. The manager Christian is the most kind and friendly manager that I've ever rented from. I have no maintenace issues if anything goes wrong I just let them no and my problem is resolved immediately. And I have no issues with roaches, don't see a one in my apartment. The staff is friendly and respectful and they do everything they can to keep the property clean and livable. If you are looking for somewhere to live and feel safe,... then I would really recommend you give Arbor Place a try, I don't think you will regret it at all because I haven't since I've been here.
