This is a 1,900 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is 1 master suite and 3 separate bedrooms with one shared bathroom. The kitchen has a dining area alongside an entire separate dining room. There ere are three total sitting... areas: one massive Florida room, a second fireplace room, and the front room. All kitchen appliances are provided. A total of six cars can be parked; two in the garage and four in the driveway. The backyard is fully fenced in and dog friendly.

Monthly rent does not include utilities. Utilities will be split equally among all renters. The minimum move-in cost is equal to three months rent. Move-in costs encompass first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a 50/50 security deposit. The security deposit is half-refundable and half non-refundable. 50% of the security deposit is refundable portion and based on move-out condition and 50% is non-refundable portion is based on normal wear & tear.

Regarding pets, each renter will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Cats are not allowed. There will be an additional non-refundable pet despot of $500 for the first pet. Each pet, after the first, will be an addition non-refundable $250. For example, three dogs will require an additional non-refundable deposit of 500+250+250??=?1,000 total non-refundable pet deposit.
