Não há iluminação na área externa, o que favorece os furtos , tive um objeto roubado dentro de um dos meus veículos e ontem arrombaram a fechadura do meu outro carro, quando você vai teclar, a administração diz que não tem como fazer nada, não tem câmeras de segurança. Ou seja aqui é um território sem leis! Nós só temos deveres a ser seguidos , aluguel caro, mas na hora que a gente vai cobrar o mínimo que é segurança eles fazem pouco caso de nós.

Been here over three years and noticed how things have changed.. People from the outside who don't live here using the pool, charging their cars up and using the weight room.. We as renters are paying for all these things but people from the out side is using it for free.. What good is it to have an parking permit when they don't monitor the parking ... Something most be done about the problems we're having as renters..

Parking was great when I first moved in about a year ago. Currently their is no parking at all in the evening. Many cars are allowed to park without having a parking pass. Staff have done nothing to enforce it. One of the only apartment complexes to not make sure they have parking for their residence.

I live on the 4th floor with a puppy, for the past couple weeks, the elevator has been broken MULTIPLE times a week. This means carrying my puppy if up and down 4 flights of steps multiple times a day, not to mention having a full load of groceries and going to the elevator only to find that it’s broken AGAIN. We have bugs and my washer is broken but they can’t be fixed because of covid-all of our amenities have also been taken away which is understandable, but do you think the price we are... paying monthly has been reduced at all? PLEASE, PLEASE NEVER RENT AT THIS PLACE. We had the worst experience with the staff from begining until the last day we were there. Josh, "he called himself the manager" doesnt stand as it and showed he doesnt care about his residents AT ALL. He is disrespectul and always have a answer for eveything.

There are plenty of options to rent around this area. Oasis is NOT the best one.

Having Josh taking care of the resident is the wrong option if you want to increase your business.
