I’m a current resident. N have been for about 3 months. There are just things to me that I don’t understand. When it comes to how the layout of the apartment is. The lack of a ceiling fan in the living room or bedroom. But they put one in the cutout extra room. No patio but a nonsensical cubby hole room, the toilets are very very low flush. The electric switches that don’t power anything, placement of the outlets. The tiny kitchen. When they could have made it bigger by just making it one... long kitchen. No microwave. Overall, this is a solid community. Their management and maintenance have always responded quickly and gotten everything done. They also recently upgraded the mailroom and added smarthome features. The biggest pitfall is that the units are not very soundproof as you can hear everything going on outside the unit.

I’ve been living here for about 4 years and we love that it’s a safe welcoming neighborhood. The staff is always available when we need them and maintenance is always fast and efficient if we need something fixed. The complex is also located near a lot of stores which makes it very convenient to shop when you need something. The amenities are always clean and they definitely make you feel at home. Would recommend this place for families.

I have been living here Since 2018 and I enjoy it! These are the best apartments I have lived in since being in Florida. They are in top of any maintenance problems, the quality of the apartments are wonderful! The amenities are worth it! The Apartment complex is beautiful, the property and the buildings. When we moved in we were told we would have a second floor with vaulted ceilings, unfortunately that is not what we got. The apartments themselves aren't capable of handling wifi installations, something with the wiring, which is frustrating. They are newly renovated but could be built a little better as our front door is falling apart and the air conditioning works only in certain parts of the house, the dishwasher falls out of... the wall and occasionally backs up into the sink.
