They may look nice at first glance, but these apartments are just cheap! It’s very easy to see that these apartments were built as quick as possible. The paint jobs are horrible. The tiling of the showers is horrible. The office staff although nice in the beginning eventually just ignores you once you become a problem resident and by problem I mean, expecting certain things done for instance inquiring why the hallway lighting of the building has been out for two months. It’s pitch black in the... hallways outside of your apartment. It’s not very safe and it’s been that way for two months or the handrails walking up the steps to the front of the building are infested with spiders and I’m not talking one or two spiders probably 50 at least -maintenance request ignored to address that. The fact that you can literally hear your upstairs neighbor open a dresser drawer is absolutely horrible.! There is nothing worse than being woke up every day on your upstairs neighbors time you can hear every footstep!! so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, the third floor would be your only option however for the amount of money they charge for the third floor just go somewhere else. Every detail is always taken care of and clean.Well prepared and maintained , landscaped, styled and great amenities!! Worth the stay

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Neighbors are courteous especially with pets. Fun things scheduled and lots of extras!

I wish the pool wasn’t so cold sometimes but aside from that, they are great! The office is very helpful when you need them, the pet spa is very useful, neighbors are friendly and it’s in a great location!

Ashley made me comfortable asking questions, and everything was explained clearly, which made the experience really smooth.
