Nice place


I’ve had a really great experience at Pointe Grand Brick City so far. The grounds are honestly one of my favorite parts. Everything looks clean, new, and well taken care of, and you can tell they put effort into keeping the community looking nice. The pool area is beautiful and always feels relaxing, and the dog park is a huge plus. My dog loves it, and it’s nice having a space where pets can run and play safely.

They are extremely pet friendly, which was important to me. There are no breed or... size restrictions, which is rare, and they even have a pet spa you can use for free. It has everything you need, including a grooming station and a little blow dryer, which makes bath time so much easier. There is also plenty of parking, and the whole property is very well lit at night, which makes me feel safe coming home late. Overall it’s a clean, welcoming community and a great place to live, especially if you have pets.

The best!

This is my 2nd apartment complex and by far the best. Staff are the best. The amenities they have on site are top notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Tinker loves the pet spa

Tinker my dog loves the pet spa and dog park they are very pet friendly she loves going to the office and getting cookies from the ladies up front
