I've live at Lazul for a little over two years now and I must say I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Since I've been here they have a new manager who has really been getting things done around the community. We have new pool furniture, the gym has been redone, they painted the building, and we always have amazing events that really bring the community together. The customer service is unmatched and I'm happy to say that I live at Lazul.

Love my community, love the amenities, love the location. Awesome staff!

This is my third year at Lazul Apartments, and one of the main reasons I've stayed is because of the amazing team. Andrew, Nicole, and Marcel are always professional, helpful, and positive, even under pressure.

They genuinely care about the residents and consistently go above and beyond to make Lazul feel like home. Thank you for all that you do!

Terrible service! In the six months I've lived in this complex, I've never been able to use the grill due to constant excuses: events, office closures, or someone else using it.
Two days before my birthday, I clearly asked if I could pick up the grill keys on that specific day, and they told me they would be available until 5:30 PM.
But on the day of my birthday, when I arrived, they told me the keys were only available until 11 AM due to some internal event! This is not just unprofessional,... it's absolutely absurd. They can't even provide accurate information about their equipment's working hours!
I stressed that it was important to me, that it was my birthday, but they didn't care at all. As a result, this situation brought me to tears on my special day. I've never experienced such heartlessness and disrespect. I'm shocked by this attitude.

This property is extremely misleading. When I originally moved in in 2019 the leasing office was kind and helpful and honest. Now they're absolute garbage. They do not keep up with the property, do not mow the lawn, or trim the bushes until it is extremely overgrown. On top of the lawn looking like a huge mess most of the time the grass has so much dog poop everywhere you can't step outside the door without stepping into dog crap. They recently sent me a lease renewal and when I went to view it... they claimed it "was no longer valid and timed out" then I asked for them to give me one in person and I was told that one expired and I had to take a new lease all together which meant I have to pay an extra $600 a month! The inside of the building is loaded with roaches, and no one ever properly throws away they're garbage and leave it all around the hallways which leads to horrible aromas. DO NOT LEASE A UNIT HERE. I would say go literally anywhere else. The door person is extremely rude and whenever I have food delivery they refuse to let them inside so I have to walk all the way to the lobby to pickup my food.
