So far my resident experience has been really good. We are really enjoying living in our new space. The building is really nice and mostly well-kept. The only thing I have to say is the tile needs to be replaced in the elevator and they can probably update the gym equipment.

I feel safe, The apartment is clean If i issues they usually are resolved efficiently timely manner. The property is secure. Love The Pool areas and facilities by the pool.

Great building to live at. Great neighborhood and great neighbors. Pretty close to everything you need! I’ve been living here the past 2 years, and haven’t had any issues here.

I love to live in this community, the apartment is beautiful but the appliances are old, the refrigerator and the microwave. When I moved to this unit (I was transferred) I thought the renovation of the apartment would include the refrigerator, at least. Also I think you have to take care more about the cleaning of the outside areas, the corridors and elevator.

The apartment staff has been wonderful. The move in process was smooth. Maintenance has been responsive and thorough. The only reason I didnt give a full 5 stars is because the cost doesnt quite match what you receive. Neighbors at times can be messy and not clean up behind themselves or their pets.
