I was new to Sunrise and even to Florida. Was searching for good apartments and I found this one very promising. I signed the lease online and the process was smooth. Very friendly staff and they cleared all my doubts on call whenever needed. I came directly and took the keys and my decision was correct for choosing the apartment. Facilities are good and they resolved my issues on time. I can say its affordable apartment in Sunrise with lot of security (which was my first priority) and very near... to Sawgrass Mall.

So far my resident experience has been really good. We are really enjoying living in our new space. The building is really nice and mostly well-kept. The only thing I have to say is the tile needs to be replaced in the elevator and they can probably update the gym equipment.

I feel safe, The apartment is clean If i issues they usually are resolved efficiently timely manner. The property is secure. Love The Pool areas and facilities by the pool. Great Location convenient to everything..

I love to live in this community, the apartment is beautiful but the appliances are old, the refrigerator and the microwave. When I moved to this unit (I was transferred) I thought the renovation of the apartment would include the refrigerator, at least. Also I think you have to take care more about the cleaning of the outside areas, the corridors and elevator.
