While it is an older place without a clubhouse to rent, no jacuzzi, and limited weight room hours, it is very quiet no loud parties that I have heard, with beautiful big trees and next to a preserve, the office staff is super nice, and they are always very responsive to fix needed repairs. Also it is in a great location in North Naples, close to many good shops and beaches.

My son and I have been living here since October 2022. It is very convenient, close to everything. The staff is great, especially Alex, very bubbly. The maintenance is great too. I hope next year I will be able to get in the pool and workout room would definitely recommend Meadow brook preserve.

The management team at Meadow Brook Preserve is one of the most professional teams ever, they go out of their way in order to help you with any question or request you may have. The apartments are close to pharmacies, restaurants, schools, and supermarkets. After 8 years at Meadow Brook Preserve I can say it is a good place to leave.
