It’s a really nice apartment, mine just happened to have a roach infestation. 5 different breeds of roaches tons of them. I fogged the apartment twice, bleached everything, even found one of their nests, requested for my walls and open holes to be resealed, and pest control even came. But they still pop out and mainly when guests come! My advice is that if you really want to live here. Pull the fridge and oven away from the wall during your apartment walk BEFORE signing your lease, and demand... they mediate the problem before you give them anything else or move in, or to give you another apartment.

Great place but still finds bugs and all inside the apartment. Im sure the property management team is aware and they will take necessary precautions to avoid.
