Very disappointed that someone is able to complain about music in broad daylight accused of using a drill on the weekends and I don't even own one! Law says 1030pm office says 10pm yet I'm getting a warning for 2pm, 3pm, 5pm ! Now I'm waiting on eggshells in my own apartment! We pay to much to hide in our bedroom!

Good communication with all staff overall. Apartment was able to be a little more cleaner but overall it needed my own personal touch. Still working on getting ceiling fans replaced.
