The staff is wonderful! Made it easy for us to choose an apartment and Ashley is patient and very thorough! She worked diligently with us on the move in date and any concerns we had!

Quiet place most times. Lots of pools and park for the kids. Not sure if it was a deal or not but rent went down after we renewed it went down for the next one

I clean up broken glass in front of the building all the time, the area still had bits of glass in the dirt and under the stairs. There is an unregistered, unplated car parked right in front of my apt with flat tires. Its been there for 3 months taking up prime parking for the building. My car has had break in attempts, my packages get stolen if I'm not diligent and I saw someone tonight trying to break into the mailboxes by the front office. I have had to install cameras to watch my front door... and my vehicle. There is only 1 lock on each door, dead bolt, and I don't feel very safe here especially with being on the 1st floor.
