Been here 6 months and have had a maintenance request for 6 months. Calling for months and getting told the same story. Staff does not care about their jobs. Inconsistent with everything. Gate never works for long if at all. Dumpster overflows. RAISES YOUR RENT MID LEASE and is LEGAL because of a clause they cite. I will not be renewing solely based off management and their inability to do anything right because I’ve spoken a lot of my building and it seemingly gets worse and worser.
I was... leaving a dangerous situation, NEEDED THOSE GATES, they lead me to believe they worked.
Being a single parent having their rent raised almost $200 in an “income based” apartment that has constantly disappointed you is the biggest slap in the face.

Hunters Run
I called to schedule a tour and they didn’t have appointments for today so, I asked if there were any available next week and I was told no. I thought it was strange, but I asked about the following week and was told no again. I decided to drive there to get a feel myself and it’s not what is pictured. The garage is piled up at the of the neighborhood and it looks unkept.

Run Away
everything they advertise (gated community)the gates have never worked in the last 2 years. sections of the gate have been fallingdown for several months(maintenance) things that have been reported on a weekly basis are still broken 3 months later (Lawn Care) the lawn is overgrown almost to knee height and no one picks up after their dogs (Pest Control) is nonexistent. ( trash removal) the dumpster is always broken and the trash is just tossed in a huge pile behind it. (the pool) the pool is... shutdown 1/2 the time. Don't try calling the office because they are sitting around and don't answer the phone and they close the office at a whim. they keep going up on the rent and do absolutely nothing for the people living there
that's why we're moving out

Absolutely horrible
You fight with the office for weeks to get nothing done. Wait a year for a simple maintenance request and they office is either closed or no one answers. Gates have been broken yet we paid for a gated community. Maintenance takes a week or more to come. And then doesn't give u any notice. Multiple times I have been in the shower and maintenance just walk into my apartment. I hate it.

I don't recommend this place, the tenants above me bang on the floor all night., there is trash everywhere, and the staff doesn't seem to care.
