I am truly shocked at how this property takes advantage of its residents. When I received the new lease agreement, I verbally informed one of the office staff members that I would not be renewing my lease. I asked if there was a form I needed to fill out, and she told me there was no need, assuring me she would take care of it. Having lived in many places, I knew something was off with this response.

To confirm, I went back to the office and asked again what form I needed to submit to... officially state that I wouldn’t be renewing. I was told once again that everything had already been updated in the system. I trusted this information and moved out accordingly.

Now, I find that the property is deducting $2,250 from my deposit for insufficient notice, despite the fact that everything was handled verbally because no one ever informed me of any specific forms or requirements. This feels like a clear attempt to keep people’s deposits by misleading them. It is incredibly frustrating and unfair.
Given the circumstances, I will be seeking legal counsel to pursue the return of my deposit and resolve this matter.

To start off they deceive you when you move in they act like it’s a luxurious apartment when it’s infested with roaches and spiders. They do not return your security deposit. They do not clean up their mess when they “attempt” to do maintenance but never fix anything. I’ve complained that my balcony didn’t lock they came in and took the liner off the walls leaving patches everywhere and it still didn’t lock, I had asked for a door liner because water was entering my apartment they put a new one... that didn’t cover the bottom of the door so I was still having the same problem, serious plumbing issues shower is clogged all the time, the roof was chipping in the bathroom because of the humidity, the sink they gave me was completely filled with water damage when I asked for a replacement they just plastered all over the wall and didn’t paint or do anything to cover the mess they made, the air conditioning did not work the entire year I was there and there was black stuff coming out of it, I asked for them to fix it multiple times and it was never fixed, the entire apartment is filled with mold that they just paint over, everything that’s broken is just painted over. It’s not a livable apartment, it should be illegal to hold security deposits when your renting unlivable spaces. Above all of that you can’t park anywhere there are no parking spaces I have tried to go to work multiple times and my car is completely blocked in because there’s no spaces for cars so they park right behind you. Management is very very lazy never get things fixed when it needs to be fixed the just take their time. apartments online are catfish they just paint over everything and it looks horrible! The washing machines are disgusting and they had dirty brown water in them the first couple months I stayed here. It’s never any parking because they have a tiny parking lot and people end up blocking people in. the gym isn’t really a gym they have some weights and a treadmill. the floors in the apartments ... are in bad conditions and they have the cheapest thinnest windows. It is FULL of spiders and roaches and they say they “spray” for bugs every month but I’ve been here for 5 and haven’t seen pest control once. Property is filled with rodents & roaches. Garbage scattered all over the grounds. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere safe and quiet to live. I would give 0 stars if i could.
