The apartment is on the side of a house with a personal entry locked door, a secure remote activated car gate and parking space for up to two (2) cars. Also, additional patio space is available for other ways of transportation as motorcycles/bicycles if needed.

The apartment is available to be occupied from the start of the coming month or immediately and entry initial payment consists of two rental amounts (First Month & Security Deposit)

We prefer a month to month term for the lease agreement, however it could be arranged depending on tenants preferences.

-Personal identification of all occupying the apartment
-Proof of income
-Public records, usually a background check or police report
-Feedback from previous rental location if available
