Had to return back
Been living in Fountain house now for about 9 months. Me and the wife love living here and overall in Miami Lakes. No other place I rather be. In fact we had to leave two years ago there adjacent apartments out of ML and it took us a year to return back. Looking forward to renewing are lease this upcoming year

Well-Maintained Community with an Outstanding Leasing Team
I’ve had a great experience living at Fountain House Apartments for over 5 years. The community is consistently clean and well-maintained, which really shows the care and attention the staff puts into the property. The leasing office team is incredibly professional and responsive. Nancy especially has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout my years living at the property. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and with kindness. It’s reassuring to know there’s a team that... truly cares about residents and takes pride in creating a positive living environment. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a well-managed and stress-free place to live.

Wonderful place to live
Fountain house at Miami lakes is one of the most wonderful places to live, incredibly clean, spacious, unique and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I’ve been living here for years now and have no plans of leaving.

Amazing Location
I am a law student at St. Thomas University - located 10 minutes from Miami Lakes. I moved into Fountain House in September of 2024 had have loved my experience living here. The area is so safe, quiet, and beautiful. I love going on walks and runs around this area and it is perfect for quick meals. This is the best living decision I have made!
