Great location and beautiful area!
My daughter and I moved here in January 2025 and we are very happy with the decision we both made to move to Crescent House Apartments. We are in a very spacious 2/2, with a good size living room and dining room, the kitchen also has a nice size with plenty of storage and cabinets. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen with a door that separates the space between them. Apartment comes with a nice size storage room in the balcony which also has a nice size. Bedrooms have a... great size as well as the walking closets and both bathrooms. Office staff is very attentive, cordial and accommodating. Maintenance staff is also very friendly and issues reported get resolved as quick as the next day. I love the convenience of having a hose for all residents to use as you see fit and available 24/7. Property is well kept. They work smarter to prevent greater issues in the long run. They conduct a monthly inspection to change air filters and ensure toilets, sinks and showers are working properly. The landscaping outside throughout the entire community as well as in all the buildings is beautifully well kept which was the first thing that made me want to live at Crescent.

We love it at Crescent House
We absolutely love living at Crescent House! The neighborhood is gorgeous, and the grounds are very well maintained. Having everything we need; supermarket, pharmacy, urgent care, restaurants, and a movie theater, within walking distance is incredibly convenient. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly!
The staff at the leasing office staff, Nelson, Martha, and Mariela are amazing! They always go the extra mile to help us. We feel safe, comfortable, and like we're part of a real community... here.

Very safe and quiet community with great service!
My first apartment and Crescent house made the renting process very simple and easy. The maintenance team also responds very quickly and fixes any issues that may occur. The layout of my apartment is very nice with great appliances and the area has a lot of shade, very beautiful scenery and is very walkable, everything you need is close by. I’ve already recommended crescent house to many friends and coworkers!
