The apartment itself is lovely: quiet, comfortable, and features a huge enclosed patio.

We have a good experience living here overall. The maintenance team is super responsive - every request I’ve submitted was handled quickly and professionally. The property is generally well kept, and communication from management has been clear.

Hello, I moved to FL and after researching apts online, decided on Villas at Blue Cove bc the leasing agent, Kathy Perez, was so helpful in showing me the grounds and apt via video. Once in, I found the apt to be very clean with a completely upgraded kitchen, new flooring, paint ...it was a dream. The maintenance crew were available to make any corrections (minor) within 2 days professionally and completely. I love the apt.

1 star because the lack of communication & attention to new residents is disgusting. I moved in with my girlfriend on 7/25 and it felt like pulling teeth just to get in here alone. Communication between the office is non existent - they are absent during business hours completely, no phone, email, or in person response. I had to leave a paper note on their office door to get a response. That is only the beginning. They did not clean our unit out whatsoever, dirt covering the floors, tobacco... remnants running down the bathroom walls from the previous tenants, absolutely disgusting.
