Tyler is such a pleasant energy to be around and makes you feels welcome. He made the leasing process simple and very quick. He replied very quickly when returning calls and emails. The complex is pretty quiet and I haven't seen trash laying around like my previous apartment complex.

Quiet, nice, cozy and efficient
Tyler is a great leasing agent, very courteous and professional, with no problem he helped get me and my husband in a nice quiet cozy, affordable apartment here at palmcove and we thank the maintenance man Felix for making sure whatever problems we needed fix he makes sure it's fixed.

Review of living at Palmview Cove
I've been living here at Palmview Cove since the end of March, 2024. It has been such a pleasant change for me. Danny, Felix, and Liubasky, the maintenance men have always been helpful whenever there's a need. Their friendly willing and courteous manner is always a breath of fresh air. The office staff, Manager Kelli, and Tyler are always available when needed. Even when their schedules are swamped with new renters, answering phone calls, or calling outside workers for assistance. Among other... things they are always available to help with small computer or phone problems. I've always been impressed with the emails that are sent out to us. We are always kept informed of those things pertaining to us, and there is always a care and concern for our benefit that things will be taken care of as soon as possible. It has been a real privilege to live here and to call this home.

Great Place to live
We have recently moved in here and until now the experience is great. The new management is very responsive and kind. I will recommend my friends to move in here.
