My fiancé and I have lived here for about 3 weeks now, and it had been nothing short of amazing! Nancy is wonderful and made the leasing process so easy. She made us feel like family from the second we stepped into the office.
We also have to give a big thank you to Agustin in maintenance. Our 2nd day here our deadbolt stopped working, and we couldn't get our door to lock. As it was a Sunday, we were worried we'd have to wait until Monday for it to be fixed. Agustin reached out to us within... minutes of the maintenance request being placed. He was at our door within 20 minutes and quickly decided we needed a new lock. From the time the request was sent to the lock being replaced and us having new keys was maximum of 90 minutes, if that.
Needless to say, we are beyond thrilled with the service and have loved every second of living here. Thank you Nancy and Augstin again!

Best Management EVER
Our friends, Tracy, Heather and Nancy are the friendliest and most helpful Apt. Managers I have ever had. When my washer went out it was fixed the next day. Any problems, which were RARE, were handled in a prompt and professional manner. They cheered up almost everyday and if I could I would live here forever.

Amazing
Reasonable price for what is provided. Prime location to points of relevance, some by foot, other by car. Very friendly and supportive Office and maintenance staff.

love it
Traci, Nancy, and Heather have been absolutely phenomenal and have gone ABOVE and beyond their job title in this move on process. They have truly welcomed me in like family! My apartment was clean and feels cozy. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and everyone is pretty friendly and keeps to themselves. Also in a very convenient location in town! So grateful for finding my perfect new little home.

Terrible Experience
We have not had a good experience from the start of our tenancy at this apartment. Our unit was not prepared for us at move-in and it showed. We found a dirty plastic cup and spoon inside the dishwasher. There were two big holes on the screens around the porch. Nails were sticking up from the carpet and a sliding door was broken. The shower drain was clogged and there was paint on the kitchen and bathroom floors. These items took several weeks to nearly two months to repair and often it... took the maintenance staff several attempts before the problem was actually resolved. Since moving in, there are also mosquitoes constantly inside the apartment and we keep having to request pest control services, but the problem persists.
