Great Apartments
LEANNE WAS A PHENOMENAL HELP! Her service is much appreciated, and I can’t thank her enough for being so easy going through the leasing process ?????? WELL recommended to be spoken to if interested in being a future resident @ City Harbour or any needs in general . Apartments are nice , inside and out very quite neighborhood .

Apartment Upgrades
City Harbor, formerly known as Waverly Place, is in the midst of apartment upgrades for a more modern look. Orlando, part of the maintenance team, is a consummate professional. We are fortunate to have him part of this community.

Waverly Place is a very pleasant and friendly place to live. The location is perfect for shopping. The staff is awesome!It's a very pretty complex!
