I’ve enjoyed the property so far, but have found it next to impossible to get any peace and quiet. Complaints about noisy neighbors and loud music go unresolved. Having a nice property means nothing if you feel like you’re at a concert every night while trying to do work or sleep. So beware. You may get lucky and have quiet upstairs/downstairs neighbors. Or you may be like me and hear music for hours on end each day. Good luck.

The people who work here are friendly and helpful. Give them a raise.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at Toscana. It is truly like living at a resort. The amenities are many, very clean, and superb in comparison to any other property i have lived in or visited. The office staff is always very friendly, respectful, and professional. The maintenance staff is clean and efficient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone of any age and from anywhere. You are made to feel at home here.

After a management switch, cars are being towed even when you have the parking decal and are parked in resident’s parking. Now rent seems to be increasing steadily and the office and the gym hours reduced. Coffee used to be free, but now they charge for the residents to drink coffee even with increased rent. Do not recommend. Not worth it.
