If you’re looking for “luxury living,” keep looking. My wife and I made the mistake of signing a lease here, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. I’m convinced they built this place out of recycled cereal boxes and prayers because the sound insulation is nonexistent. Our upstairs neighbor sounded like they were training for the WWE—at 3 a.m.—every night. And when we reported it, Management suggested we record the noise (because nothing says restful living like becoming your own private... investigator). So we did. Thirty+ videos. Obnoxiously loud. Banging. Stomping. Chaos. Their response? A shrug and, somehow, the claim we were the problem for not tolerating the “normal noise level.” Let me be clear—being jolted out of bed on your day off at 3 in the morning isn’t “luxury,” it’s a sleep-deprived horror show. We followed all of their policies, provided clear evidence, and they did absolutely nothing. So we had to bite the bullet and pay to break our lease early, because truly, anything is better than living in what sounds like a 24/7 construction zone run by a team of apathetic amateurs.
Bottom line: save your sanity, your sleep, and your money. DO NOT move here if you value peace, quiet, or even basic respect from management.

Dog attack
I truly hate to leave a 1-star review because I lived at this property for a year and really loved it. However, I was involved in a serious incident where I was attacked by another resident's aggressive dogs (an American Bulldog, and a Golden Retriever). What's most concerning is that no action was taken after the incident. I was also informed by management that the property does not keep records of dogs' vaccinations, which raises serious safety concerns for all residents. I hope this review... encourages the property to revisit their pet policies to better protect future tenants.
