So far all is good. The staff have all been friendly and have answered our questions. Everything was nice and clean. I think a walk through would have been nice. We had to figure out the plugs. Also, a fan in the living room would have been nice. Can’t believe no fan was in the living room. Had to figure out some of the appliances. Never had gas. But it worked out. Our sales lady Alicia and the two maintenance guys are great.

Beautiful homes, great amenities, and helpful staff! We love how big the lanai is, which is something we didn’t find anywhere else. We love it here!

Units are filling up which is a good sign. We renewed our lease that had a small increase (not sure the reason). Has been a-lot of work replacing grass and repairing the curbs and roads. Only major sore point with us remains the lake area behind our unit. A company was secured in September to manage the lake to clean up and plant aquatic plants. This work has yet to begin and we are so looking forward to it. Overall very happy here.

Been here a week so far and i have to say everything is so nice and people are so friendly ... The house is beautiful ... it does not feel like a rental
