The rental place is very nice, like new and maintained well! The staff is very attentive and friendly. There is even free coffee. It’s a far cry from the other apartments that I have visited!

The garage door has once again been out of order for several weeks. Residents are still required to pay the mandatory parking fee, yet parking has effectively become a free for all for the public, and I notice new vehicles in the garage every day. The same issue applies to the amenities -- non-residents frequently use them on weekends, while residents are expected to pay additional fees. Valet trash is another mandatory fee, yet they issue parking ticket style fines for trash violations without... any warning or prior notification. Living at Novel Beach Park has been such an incredible experience from day one! I recently dropped my keys down the elevator shaft, which had my only car key attached. I was surprised at how quickly management responded to retrieve them for me. They even had to call their elevator service company to be able to get them out! I'm just blown away that the office staff was so understanding to my personal mistake and didn't make me feel like my situation was an issue at all.
