Living Room: step into an open floor plan that makes the living room a breezy place to kick back. Cozy up on the sectional sofa and watch TV or stream your favorite apps in the flat-screen. A soothing white and sand color palette brings the hues of beach inside. You will open the main door to a happy place!

Dining Area: Come dinnertime, the open layout definitely comes in handy. Cook up something delicious while the children watch TV, the grandparents play a game of cards at the nearby dining table, and others hang out in the patio through the sliding glass doors. Then gather for dinner at the 8-person table inside or eat outside under the stars.

Kitchen: The kitchen is cozy, ensuring you have everything you need. Great appliances and well-stocked cabinets, with everything you need to entertain at your leisure. Dining sets for 10, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, baking and muffin trays, cookie sheets, and even a breakfast bar which includes: a coffee machine, toaster, an electric kettle, all ready so that no one has to start the day unhappy. Of course, there is also a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a mixer for you to use.
The Laundry is beside the 2nd bedroom, it has a washer and a dryer for you to use.

Patio and Pool: Walking out of the living and dining room is everyone's favorite spot! a space to lounge, eat and stay over long conversations enjoying the breeze. You can also go downstairs to the condo pool and garden, with a grill, and a beautiful relaxing outdoor eating area for lunch in the sun or dinner under the stars. I And of course, the pool deck, where you will lounge and relax after a great soothing swim. The pool is not heated but the hot-tub is. Gorgeous all year round!

Master Bedroom and bathroom: Every room has its charm! With top-of-the-line comfort mattress. The master bedroom has a king-size bed for a heavenly sleep, a closet and the master bathroom. The master bathroom has an enclosed shower and a bath tub, as well as bidet. Beside the closet there is ample work space to focus, if needed.

Second Bedroom: has a full bed, our patio access and a big desk for work, it's own closet and ample space.

Third Bedroom: has a sofa bed, that can open to sleep two, full of sun, it is beside the living room, and can also be used as a TV or guest room, with a wardrobe.

Bathroom: Across the 2nd bedroom is the second bathroom, with an enclosed shower.
