We were greeted like family by Jenna at the leasing office. Our home is clean and spacious with a fantastic screened in lanai that we enjoy nightly. Everything is white and bright! The amenities here are gorgeous and well maintained. Never any issues with parking. Our neighbors are very sweet and welcoming. We’re so glad we made the move here!

Honestly we were looking forward to moving in, seemed like a nice place, but unfortunately we have not had the best experience since we’ve moved in. The elevator in our building has been out for at least 4 weeks, we now get an email that it will continue to be out until further notice. The lack of communication given to us prior to moving in would have been nice. The option to move to another building or ground floor would have been appreciated. So the huge inconvenience of having to move our... stuff in expecting an elevator near by and come to find out, the day we get the keys by other people in the building that the elevator isn’t working and hasn’t been. The office keeps making it sound like it will be back working within a week or two until today we find out the part is back ordered which is opposite of the prior email that went out two weeks ago letting us know that the part should be in and the elevator should be working. No compensation, no compassion, nothing on the apartments part to help make the situation better. To add to the frustration, the cleanliness of the apartment upon move in was sub par, and the day you get your keys your required to turn in the sheet of everything wrong with the apartment, yet how would I even know if everything is working when I got my keys at 4:30/5pm and the office closes at 6pm. Plus I had to put in a work order on all the stuff I wanted fix and still waiting for the closet light in my guest bedroom to be fixed because the maintenance guy didn’t have a tall enough ladder and said he would be back the next day… it’s 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting. Just not what I expected and would have like to have had a heads up, communication given, something to just let us know what we were walking into. They just want us to be patient and it’s beyond frustrating. There are many days I regret signing this lease unfortunately. Read More
