Excellent to live. Close to malls, doctors, school and hospitals. Nea i95 and 295. Affordable for the location, friendly staff and office.clean and renovations are on the way!

I’ve lived here for 3 years! It’s pretty nice. Love the Bartram park area. Apartment is big and it’s a quiet community. Amenities are clean. One area of improvement would be more staff in office.

Nice place to live clean grounds & the maintenance department is awesome. And the staff is always friendly and they try there best to help you with anything:)
