Our dishwasher stopped working, I put in a maintenance request online. The next day the water went out without notice, I asked the front office why there was no notice, and they said they would send a notice. They never did. Lazy, but besides the point. 8 days later with zero communication in between, they finally send someone to repair the dishwasher. They said it would be easier to replace it. We were excited for a new dishwasher, as we have seen many being replaced over the FIVE YEARS we've... lived here, and management has always denied replacing ours until ours was broken. The dishwasher they replaced it was the same old model from an old apartment full of smokers that recently moved out. We have lived here FIVE YEARS, and they give new tenants new dishwashers, and they "fixed" ours by giving us the same old crap, except this time, it is stained reeks of cigarettes. Our lease is up in a few months, and we were given the privilege to remain with a 12% rent increase. I would rather be homeless than be treated like Bell Partner's dumpster.

Overall the experience living here has not been horrible, but there are things I wasn’t aware of before moving in that I wish I would have been prior to. I may have sought an apartment elsewhere had that been the case.
