Enso's office staff need a serious wake-up call, and the on-site manager is nowhere to be found when it counts.

Walking into the leasing office these days is genuinely unpleasant. Staff barely look up when you walk in, let alone greet you — it's clear they see residents as an interruption to their day rather than the reason they have a job. Ask for help with anything and you'll get attitude, not assistance. The on-site manager, Andrea, should be the one fixing this culture, but instead she just... lets it continue. There's no accountability, no oversight, nothing — just a front office that's checked out and a manager who lets it slide.

The grounds are just as bad. Trash accumulates everywhere, especially after weekends — beer cans, fast-food bags, garbage left by residents who clearly don't respect the property either. The person responsible for groundskeeping is rarely seen doing actual work; he's typically just parked in his golf cart while the mess builds up around the community, including right at the entrance where every resident and visitor sees it first. It's an easy problem to solve with basic follow-through, and management isn't bothering.

Since the new property management company, WRH, took over, Enso has gone downhill fast. The office and leasing team was so professional, kind and helpful. Now they don’t even acknowledge you when you come into the office. They sit in their chair and act like you are bothering them. The groundskeeper sits in his golf cart all day and doesn’t do anything about the upkeep of the property. There are constantly shopping bags of trash left in the entrance of the community by the “Enso” sign that go... months without being picked up. Eventually the residents get tired of seeing this trash and have to park on the side of the road to pick up the trash themselves. We were here 13 months, and the place was wonderful. The staff is amazing, the property is generally very clean and well kept. There were the standard maintenance issue (washing machine broke) but the maintenance manger was quick and cordial. Best apartment i've had.
