The property itself is very pretty, everything else not so much. Staff is rude, things in the apartment break constantly.

We enjoyed living there for about 2 years, Ciel, was an absolute delight. The apartment was beautifully designed, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. Paper thin walls. No privacy. No sound proofing.
You can hear everything that goes on in the building, your neighbors apartment, the hallway, the elevator ding, etc.
Management tows cars once a month without warning. Don't park on the white line! Make sure your car is not too dirty!

Overpriced. No privacy/thin walls. Poor insulation
Unfortunately this has been a bad experience. I am not sure who reads these but here is a bullet point list of the troubles you can expect
-paper thin walls. expect to hear everyone and be heard! -unresponsive staff after you move in -poorly insulated building. rain came through our door -high energy bills (heating and cooling) -bugs. yes it is Florida but have not noticed this many before
