I have lived here for about 2 years and have had nothing but a wonderful experience since moving in. I believe the management has changed since the prior reviews here, and current management is doing a fantastic job. The grounds/common areas are kept clean and maintained. If/when something is broken, either in the common areas or in your unit, it is fixed promptly, and residents are kept updated. I feel that the price is good considering the area and the amenities at Ciel. I highly recommend... Ciel to everyone looking for a place to live.

Beautiful Property, Cheaply Built Apartment, Bad Management
The property itself is very pretty, everything else not so much. Staff is rude, things in the apartment break constantly.

We enjoyed living there for about 2 years, Ciel, was an absolute delight. The apartment was beautifully designed, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. Paper thin walls. No privacy. No sound proofing.
You can hear everything that goes on in the building, your neighbors apartment, the hallway, the elevator ding, etc.
Management tows cars once a month without warning. Don't park on the white line! Make sure your car is not too dirty!
