I've lived here for a year and have loved everything about it! From the amazing management team, Adrena and Ashaki, to the dedicated maintenance staff—everything has been fantastic. The community events have been incredible, making it an even more enjoyable place to live!

Scheduled a Saturday morning tour and received multiple emails confirming the time. However, when I arrived there weren’t any leasing agents in the building because apparently they don’t work on Saturday despite advertisements on the building and website suggesting otherwise. There was a maintenance worker who very kindly took it upon himself to give me a tour after hearing my situation. Overall the complex is very nice, but the miscommunication was unprofessional.

I moved to Florida and this was a building I came across on apartments.com.
Location: Located in Mandarin which is a very desirable location. We are about 10 minutes from the main highway that can get you to anywhere in Jacksonville and about 30-35 minutes from the airport. I love being so central- nothing feels far away. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and casual shopping places nearby. Most importantly this is a SAFE area. I feel comfortable talking a casual stroll at... night.
Units: This is a BRAND NEW building. I love the vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, Latch app (mobile way to enter and leave) and overall look and feel of my unit. It is very clean and chic and was super fun to decorate.
Amenities: This place is a literal resort! The pool water feels heated, the game room has a ping pong table, billiards, and a variety of other games. I love the garden too, sometimes I sit and study there. The gym has a variety of equipment and is significantly larger than the other apartments I had viewed. Overall the building is VERY well maintained! Everything is clean and for a building that allows pets, there is no "pet smell".
Staff: I worked with two different leasing professionals and had a great experience with both of them. They made my move in process very seamless and are always available when I have Qs.
I love living here, and I am sure you will too!
