After a lot of searching, I'm so glad I chose Union Terminal Warehouse — and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move in this past March.
From the very beginning, Ivana and Sheldon set the tone for what has been an exceptional experience. They were professional, genuinely helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. When life threw me a curveball and I needed to adjust my move-in date, they handled it without missing a beat — no hassle, no headache, just a quick and... easy accommodation. That kind of flexibility says a lot about the team here.
What really stood out was how invested Jennifer, the leasing manager, was in making sure the space felt like mine. She went above and beyond — offering thoughtful suggestions on how to decorate and personalize the space, and consistently checking in to make sure everything was going well after move-in. That level of personal care and attention is rare, and it made the whole transition so much smoother and more enjoyable.
The space itself has a fantastic open-air industrial aesthetic that gives it a character you won't find in your average facility. It's the kind of place that actually feels cool to work out of — not just functional, but inspiring.
And the sense of community here is something else entirely. The team organizes a variety of monthly events that bring tenants together and make this feel like so much more than just a place to rent a space — it truly feels like a community you actually want to be part of.
On the operations side, any service requests I've submitted have been addressed quickly and efficiently. It's clear that the management team actually cares about the tenant experience, not just getting you through the door.
Top it all off with a great location and excellent amenities, and Union Terminal Warehouse checks every box. Whether you're a small business, a creative, or just someone who appreciates a well-run, well-designed space — I'd highly recommend this place without hesitation.
