The one star is for the apartments themselves. The unit I am in is very nice, with lots of storage and moderately clean upon move-in. The parking here is a continuous nightmare. Instead of being resident-focused, it's money-grab-focused. They should have assigned one parking spot per apartment unit. Instead, it is open parking for everyone, unless you pay $40 a month for a reserved space near your building. If you pay for a spot, you are also responsible for calling the towing company if... someone parks in your spot (clearly marked reserved), which happens more often than not. The apartment community itself is very dirty and not well-maintained. People store trash and other items on the patio, which violates community policy. Enforcing community policy is apparently selective. The trash service they use here limits you to a specific bag size, two bags per night and no recycling. They answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way when submitting my application, they were happy to help. The apartment complex looks very clean and well taken care of! Overall great experience working with this team. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for their new home to check this place out!

Love living somewhere with walkability to an exercise path around the lake as well as a new grocery store. The property has professional management and is modern and new!
